Welcome to Pacific Midwifery Practice

At Pacific, our solo midwife and team of two work closely together to provide safe, supportive, and family-centered care to growing families in Vancouver, British Columbia. We value informed choice, continuity of care, and creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive space for all families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey.

Registered Midwives are maternity care professionals who provide complete primary care to client's and their babies during pregnancy, labour, birth and the postpartum period. We love our work and care deeply about the health and well-being of our clients. We are an LGBTQ positive space and endeavour to provide safe and respectful care to all people in our community.

Our clinic is conveniently located near Granville Island in Vancouver. We attend births at home, St Paul's Hospital and BC Women's Hospital. Normal birth, informed decision making, safety, one-to-one support and building trusting relationships are the principles that guide our practice.
